I've got to quit watching the Ags. I stayed busy doing some paperwork and some chores during the game so all was not lost, but that four hours would have been better spent playing guitar.

Knocked out some small chores this morning. Will do more throughout the day.

Run a couple errands later.

Short week ahead. Let's see what we can accomplish.

Toys for Tots golf scramble today…….unfortunately an insufferable t-sip is one of my partners.

Colonoscopy prep day. I haven't eaten anything since about 7:00 last night. Being that I eat my feelings, last night and today has been tough.

You using the jug of juice or did you get the pills?

-got up and got the boat on the water
-the fishing was much like the game last night
-got super windy and kids were over it so back at the house to relax for a bit
- not sure if we are grilling steaks at home tonight or heading to the marina for dinner.
-I have no idea why I never took this week off to begin with the past couple of years. It's an amazing feeling.

I'm possibly going to one in the next week but details are not yet decided.

Church-served up soup, doughnuts and coffee for people willing to hang around and decorate for Advent/Christmas.

Prayers for you also. I know in 20-25 years it will be my generation. Circle of life. Watching my cousins lose their first parent won't be easy. I've been there, and it's hard.

2 bottles off 8oz of liquid followed by 32oz of water.. I didn't know there were pills. This is my first one. Getting old sucks. I don't know how you old people do it.

The prep isn't great. Procedure is fantastic nap and then you go eat and remember nothing of the procedure.

One way to keep a healthy gut? Oatmeal or overnight oats, fruit, veggies and protein. Avoid fried foods mostly and drink in moderation. And drink coffee and tea.
