Gf and I are doing Dry January but also dieting. Mostly doing it for weight loss; we aren't big drinkers in the first place.
We have tried alcohol-free, low-calorie wine/champagne. It wasn't great. I turned to her and said, "We're toddlers. We're basically drinking white grape juice."
What's weird to me is the zero alcohol beer and the mocktail craze. All that stuff still has bad crap in it, now you just don't get a buzz.
