I so want to ask a question on this but it would derail and turn into a F16 session of *****ing.

I just remember my neighbor, who is now 78 years old (so 44 at the time) laughing when she told me about the 'gauntlet'. Granted, I think she had her stories mixed up, because what she described involved the men 'hanging balls' in the 'gauntlet' and women having to run through the 'car wash'. I don't see descriptions of that incident.
