I hear you. I understand Turkish Air if you can connect through Istanbul is pretty nice. I love flying KLM pretty much anywhere.

• Tree decorating complete. I have some ornaments I made in 3rd grade on there.
• Toys For Tots golf scramble today. I always buy a couple of toys amd a couple of pairs of winter pajamas to put on the boxes. The club usually fills half a dozen boxes.
• May do a pot roast tonight, or delay until tomorrow - depending on my sobriety after the golf game.

I live to travel but loath the physical traveling part; it's so uncomfortable and I feel trapped. I feel for you!

- Splurged and bought a Dyson Airwrap and now my hair looks like a movie star, even after sleeping on it. Holy crap I LOOOVE IT.
- Doing laundry in prep for packing for my big birthday trip! I have so much planned for Chicago next week, so excited!
- Currently sitting and watching the snow be pretty outside. It looks like the plow has come by and I really need to shovel the driveway, ugh.

Did not win Powerball last night but no one did so there's always Monday!

Got a tree up and decorated yesterday.

Playoff selection show in 30 minutes. Don't want Notre Dame.

-Slept not great but that's not unusual for a hotel.
-Starbucks coffee
-At the ballpark at 8am. Won. Next game shortly. We probably will not win the next one.
-If we lose, most likely go home, otherwise play again at 4pm. So wouldn't be too sad to go home lol.
-Travel work this afternoon.

It was very overcast, muggy and foggy for the first game. At least the fog is gone.

Yes! It's also a hair dryer, can be used for blowouts that straighten your hair and add volume / body, and other things I don't know yet.

Holy moly, 500 bucks. I was thinking that sounds like a good Christmas gift for my wife but that's crazy for a hair dryer/curler

I recently signed Benny up for the SAT. It's now computer-only. I need a Windows/Mac/Google Chrome laptop. I don't have any of those. My laptop is an Intel Atom device with a whopping 2 GB of RAM. I'm running Debian Linux (i586) on it, and it works great. It won't run Windows 11 though.

I went to newegg.com and looked at used laptops. I just bought a laptop with 32 GB of RAM for a little over $400 (after tax). That's a lot of machine for the money. I'm going to put MS Office on it, and if none of the hardware fails, it will get Benny through college.



EDIT - And my laptop is cheaper than some hair care products!!

Well they won the 11AM game.

So now we play at 4. Thank goodness the fifth place team can't catch up to us, because it would have sucked to sit around the last three hours and get kicked out of the top four and not play.

I went into work for awhile and came out and got hit with a chilly breeze that was not there earlier!

Paid $19.97 for a Microsoft Office 2019 Professional license.
