I had to look up what day of the week it is. It's all blurring together.

-Slept better last night. Not amazing but grateful as I was exhausted after standing/walking nonstop the past 2 days.
-Our room has been upgraded at 3 of our 4 hotels this trip.
-First one was a TownePlace Suites. Huge corner room with balcony overlooking the Christmas lights. And hotel was new.
-Yesterday we were upgraded at Dollywood's HeartSong resort. Had 2 queens and upgraded us to a Junior Suite complete with a king bedroom, huge living area and a kids bunk room. Glad we are relaxing this morning here to take advantage.
-Marriott Knoxville upgraded us to 2 kings tonight/tomorrow. Kiddo thrilled about that.
-Probably some shopping in Sevierville today. Not sure what to do in Knoxville today/tomorrow.

  • I was the master of "Left-Center-Right" last night. With 10 players it takes a while but has nice pots.
  • Individual peach cobblers for breakfast.
  • I should do my bacon in the oven more often
  • Injecting chickens for the pit later
  • Lunch for 17 at 1:00

Worked yesterday morning while the boys slept in.

Practiced guitar. The song my instructor assigned is kicking my butt. Maybe I should practice more!

One of the boys and his dog went home yesterday. Took the other boy out to dinner with us last night at the French place. It was really tasty. Then he went to downtown Bryan to meet friends that are in town.

Not sure what today holds.

I remember an 86 degree day in February when I was at A&M. Walking to a class in shorts and a t shirt and it was hot outside.

What do you know? It's my birthday today. I am 54. That's a large number.

I have no plans other than watching football and watching a cold front come through. Finally going to put an end to all of this warm weather.

Walked down there tonight so my daughter could go to Brandy Melville store. We ate dinner at the Marriott lounge so we didn't grab any food. We will explore more tomorrow!
