Morning all.

Have coffee.
Grape nuts for breakfast.
Laptop is on, need to do some work.
Will probably head to the storage unit and get the stuff to pack Christmas away.
Would typically watch football all day but I'm still feeling the sting of how A&M finished the year.

2025 flew by - time moves so fast. I wish I could slow that down but haven't found how to do that yet.

• Looking out the window I can see I have a flat tire. That's neat.
• Got a bunch of hot chocolate for stocking stuffers and that has been my morning drink as of late.
• No breakfast
• Nothing I NEED to do today, which makes me feel like I SHOULD do everything. Hate that

Warmer, sunny NY Day in west Georgia/east Alabama. Lots got accomplished yesterday with Costco run and getting car serviced.

A good day starts with good coffee.

Got 5 inches of snow last night. Was going to host NYE and make paella but everyone canceled due to snow storm. Will make paella today. Lounging around all day, wife is making pancakes. Have snow to shovel and watch kids sled in backyard.

Clouds/fog/mist and only reached 34F so far today. Winter gloom would be so much nicer if we had snow on the ground.

New build?! Holy smokes!

I did a new build in 2012, when I was 28. This was up in Sheridan, Wyoming and the home prices were a lot cheaper then. It was a cool experience although buying an existing house is a lot easier.

Happy 2026 to all y'all! Drove up to My friend's cabin near Washington, for my Aggie Brothers annual NYE.

I fried oysters and they were really good, as a humble brag. One of my buddies did sauted shrimp, and the other did breakfast. We shot fireworks at the nudist colony.

Met up with another classmate for lunch in Bryan. Finally made it back home to the CB.

Work tomorrow. Rest this weekend.

- Slept way in. I was having dreams about my mom and didn't want to wake up and miss them. Can't remember them now.
- Spent the day with my favorite person in the world, my oldest niece.
- Made a mish-mash meal with the leftovers my sister left in the fridge.
- Thinking about a fire in the fireplace even though it's not really cold enough.
