A nice sunny day before a cold front hits west Georgia/east Alabama. Possibility of snow tomorrow as we stay below freezing for he whole day.

A good day starts with good coffee.

Make it good one in spite of what the rest of humankind is up to.

Dog walked. Annual vet checkup. Need to make breakfast. Work. May sneak out early. Snow this weekend - forecasts are calling for anything between 2" and 14" over the weekend. Yay.

Woke up way before alarm but slept 6.5 hours so I'll take it

Picked up klobasniky and kolaches for the staff meeting because someone is retiring and I want to send them out with good vibes and the reminder that THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A SAUSAGE KOLACHE!!!!!

Also, glad to support a local business. Trackside makes good stuff!

Don't forget the coffee effect since it's first thing in the morning. Since it's 6AM, most were probably up way before their normal time and added more coffee to compensate.

I miss kolaches though. We don't see those up here.

Just got of the phone with an Indiana friend. We swapped stories of attending playoffs and national championship games; me volleyball and her football. She's eighty-three years old, so I guess just a couple more score and some years to go.

It's a kolache to me.

-Slept 8 straight hours but still feel tired.
-Back to back to back meeting this AM.
-Lunch on campus then another meeting.
-Travel work this evening. Got 2 Viking cruises booked super early this AM and will hopefully do a few others this evening. And finish a Spain trip.
-It's quite chilly outside today.
-Learned I have a thermostat in the wall in my office that I've been in 2 years. Would have loved to know what it was on Wednesday when heat was out. I know the next door office was 56.6 at one point.
