my grandson started at A&M this year and I worry about him going home to Conroe on the weekends 105 is such a deadly road and people drive crazy

• The Wife and neighbor lady were up drinking and tv watching until the wee hours…..and loud
• Meatloaf was great last night
• Lots of yard and garden stuff today - planting more lettuce, cilantro, and spinach
• The Wife heads to San Antonio for finish her parent's and daughter's income taxes
• Still lacking ONE set of numbers from a broker to finish ours…….if you ain't payin', you ain't makin'.

Beautiful sunny winter morning. Was 10F this morning when I bought my coffee. Headed to a sunny high of 32F this afternoon. Will be in the 50s tomorrow though.

RSVPing for my cousin's son's wedding in Kaufman, TX (had to look the town up). I'm not going, but I need to buy them something. They're registered at four brick and mortar stores plus amazon wedding registry. Back in the day Tanya and I registered at Dillard's. That was it. I feel like newlyweds these days have crazy high expectations for level of day to day comfort in their lives.

I continue to receive emails from usps.com for both my current and previous addresses, which is terribly confusing. I got an "out for delivery" email this morning that I was hoping was my Python book. It was something from Tiktok for the people in my old place. They buy from Tiktok a lot. I hadn't realized that was a thing.

Waiting for my dog to poop so I can scoop it into a container using a plastic spoon and take it to the vet. Poor thing has some explosive diarrhea. Thank GOD I still can't breathe through my nose.

That's what I'm thinking too. The vet told me to withhold food for 24 hours - I was like, for a PUPPY? I don't think so. I just fed her rice and chicken and a tiny bit of pumpkin.

How is the high school football team?

Not very good.

- Finished watching Fallout. HIGHLY recommend it. Fantastic show. Even better if you are a fan of the games but great even if you are new to the setting

- Not much else going on. I'm ok with that.
