I bought an A&M polo-style shirt for my son from the subject website. It was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. Whenever I contact them I only get an AI generated response telling me they cannot take action until the window has closed. I think I am screwed because the window has closed.

Has anyone had any experience with this website?

Did you put your order number in the AI chat? I see on their web page that they say to wait three more business days (which of course you have waited longer than that). Then there is this:

"If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number ready. A Fan Advocate will be happy to assist you."

I'd try demanding to speak to a human in chat if you have not.

AI probably fired all the store employees and not only closed the window but also the door, the restrooms, and everything else.
