How long do you want to ignore this user?
This seems to be the standard. No one - I mean NO ONE - even the host dials in when the clock hits 9:59.

The company I'm contracted to moved all of their meetings to :05 and :35 so that people would have five minutes between meetings and wouldn't be late. The meetings still wind up starting a couple of minutes late because no one is on time. Exactly as it was when meetings were at the top and bottom of the hour.

Sorry when I'm booked in back to back meetings all damn day I don't feel the need to join early and sit around and chitchat with people

Also why wasn't this meeting a 5 min chat message instead of a 30-minute room booking, I don't have time for a dedicated sit down every time you feel like I'm getting work done too efficiently
