Up on time but no rush since I have a dental cleaning appointment this morning

Decide if I want a taco after this or wait until later. My meeting schedule is dumb today

We got a little hail with that front that blew in yesterday but nothing damaging

Nice and chilly this morning. Not running the a/c or heat all week is a good thing

  • Slept good, which was shocking due to being in Califnornia/crappy sleep the pat 5 nights. Still tired but slowly catching up.
  • A few meetings today.
  • Refine a few things on my taxes. I owe less than I thought so that is a good thing!
  • Travel work tonight - got lots to catch up on since I as OOO for 4-5 days.

  • Cold this morning! 13 with a windchill of -3. About an inch of snow on the ground but the roads were clear.
  • Wind has downed a bunch of trees around town and the neighborhood facebook groups are up in arms about having to take alternate routes and wondering when they will get cleared.
  • Insurance is stupid. The hospital charges $1300 for an out patient litre of IV fluids. With insurance I ONLY have to pay $265. I can have someone come to my house and give me the same thing for $95.
  • I need a break/vacation. I am thinking of taking a week off of work to get caught up on stuff around the house, clean out the garage, take stuff to the storage unit, etc.
  • My summer plans to go to the British Grand Prix are now in jeopardy. My BFF who was going with me may not be able to get time off due to the world cup. If he can't we are just going to sell our tickets.
  • Since registering my truck in Kansas, I no longer need a front plate. Give me your best suggestions for a novelty front plate!

  • Slept great until the thunder began at 4:30 a.m.
  • 57 degrees when I got up. 33 degrees now. Snow and sleet like crazy but nothing stuck.
  • I hate the cold in East Tennessee...it's just way too bitter.
  • First cousin, twice removed, had a great game last night (went 2 for 3 with a home run). Hoping to see him on 4/3 but think he'll be sent to Triple A Columbus.
  • Can't wait till Friday...Florida here we come!
