Benny woke up with a head cold this morning. Apparently he didn't fall asleep until about 4, and he feels awful. He's taking his second sick day of high school today (he's a junior). Poor guy.

When we moved from Salt Lake to west Georgia, I made daily trips to the county dump or the local charities. Our living room furniture was nice but very bulky. We had a set of 1987 Encyclopedia Britannica which were very nice but basically pretty redundant. The wife is a Facebooker so she decided to go on Marketplace.
Bam!
Most sales were same or next day. An attorney took the Britannica set to class up his office for video conferences - $25. A sofa out the door to a lady trying to outfit her son's apartment in Grand Junction, CO. Another $25.
A loveseat to a BNB owner for $20.
Same for end tables and other accessories.

You cannot give your junk away but people will gladly shell out cash if they think they're getting a bargain.

I was on-call last night and paged at 2:46 AM, 4:17 AM, and 4:47 AM. The last page didn't wake me up as I will still working on the issue from 30 minutes earlier. Very tired this morning and going to take a nap after my 10:35 meeting.

I don't want to jinx it so knock on wood. But I might be the new owner of a 1994 Geo Tracker.

They guy hasn't messaged me back as far as times to come look at it and pick it up. It's in St. Louis which means I will have to fly in and drive it back to Kansas City

-Slept like crap. Was super cold much of the night. Did not go into the office today but doing a few meeting.
-Didn't get out of bed til 10AM
-Diet Coke from Whataburger.
-Not much the rest of the day.

Slept hard. Could have slept longer.

Puppies were excited this morning. Somehow they know they are going to playcare even though we do not dare mention it because they are crazy if you say "daycare", "playcare", "play with friends", or "go see other puppies". Or "puppy ride" and "car ride".

They will be worn out this evening.

Early meetings went well. Had three completed by 9:30am.

Taco consumed.

Need a vacation. Haven't gone on vacation since 1999 and that one was a beating.
