The show was apparently cancelled for contract reasons more than anything, but it had also run its course I think.

I was disappointed in the last season, for a variety of reasons. Mainly because when they got the Netflix season they went for a clear political POV with the characters they added. I can get that a thousand other places on both sides, the show was enjoyable for a while specifically because it was relatively apolitical early on.
But still part of me is sad to see it go.

I honestly thought they had crammed every single political and SJW concern they could into the second season.

What was left for the third season, water rights on reservations?

They definitely weren't scared to tackle issues this year. Illegal immigrant child needing transplant, president brother in law becoming sister in law, etc... I can't say I hated it, but they definitely alienated a lot of viewers this year in my opinion.

Just started watching the first season on Netflix. Really enjoyed it so far. Guess I will lower my expectations.

The concept of the first season was intriguing, however, it jumped the rails as the year went along.

I tried the latest season on Netflix. Didn't finish it. The first season was plenty.

Season 1 is good, season 2 is Ok - season 3 isn't terrible if you can get past the politics of it.

Wife and I have a 7 week old, so we've been binging a lot of shows lately. We just finished all 3 seasons and agree with everyone...very understandable why they shut the show down. First season was GREAT! Very entertaining with little political opinion. That 3rd season just forced one political lecture after another...it was brutal to get through. Mind numbing why they would choose that route risking abandoning so many of the shows fans.

I stopped watching after about 4 episodes in season ONE because I thought the ridiculous liberal agenda was on full display.

Can't imagine how bad it must've gotten when I hear that season one was 'apolitical but then it got political'.
