Has anyone seen this? Just saw both parts this weekend and was really really captivated.by it. The quality of the programming wasn't extraordinary or anything in my opinion, but the story/case is pretty intriguing.

I cut it off about halfway through Part 2 and just looked up the case online to get what finally happened. The premise was pretty interesting, but I found the pacing to be way too slow for my taste.

I feel like they were definitely advocating for Oral Nick Hillary.

After all was said and done, I don't think there was any way a judge or jury couldn't have seen reasonable doubt. The prosecutor especially the lead female one were inept and incompetent at the least, and she's actually since been suspended for misconduct.

My personal theory here is that the kid came home to an intruder (not Hillary) and was strangled. Intruder got really lucky with the timing of it all and the witnesses who happened to walk away just in time.

Also, there was almost just as much evidence pointing at the cop/ex bf of the mom as their was Hillary so if you're going to consider Hillary in this, you gota consider that dude too.

Definitely one of those cases you go back to read online about though.

I watched a decent chunk of part 2. It felt like one of those 20/20 or Dateline episodes where they extend a story that could be told in 15 minutes into multiple hours.

Yeah, reasonable doubt everywhere. If I'm a betting man, I'd probably place my bet on Hillary, but I wouldn't feel confident about it. Way too wide open to know or put anyone in jail over it. And yeah, a case against the cop would be about as strong as what they had on Hillary, which means paper thin. Random intruder is absolutely a possibility.

It should have been called 'Why Nick Hillary is innocent" because the show made no strides in identifying who killed Garrett. There are too many good crime documentaries to watch this one.

I get irked more by the cop than Hillary. All of these shows are painful for me to watch. If you are ever read your Miranda rights, for the love of everything, don't say anything except "I want to talk to a lawyer."

I've only seen part 1 so far, but I don't really see the film pushing a narrative. Both sides of the case have gotten plenty of airtime and the investigation made a fool of themselves all on their own. I mean, talk about a clown show. Will watch part 2 tomorrow but so far I think it's pretty good. At least it's not some 8 part miniseries that's way too drawn out.
