Hunting Isis is worth a watch if you have a strong stomach.
It is about several americans who joined the YPG in iraq and Syria attacking Isis. Couple of guys are fighters. Couple are medics.
It is interesting because you have real, actual combat footage from a modern middle eastern war.
it gives a small window on that world that i have not seen elsewhere.
However, it will make an impression on you emotionally, because it does not filter a whole lot. You will watch sniper kills. You will see body parts scattered by mortar fire. You will watch families bring their dying, mangled bleeding children in, and you will watch some die in very gruesome fashion.
Do not watch if you dont want to handle that.
