Put it down at episode 3 because it wasn't taking. How much longer until it becomes great?
Honestly I would start with season 2 and then watch season 1. They give you enough information at the beginning of season 2 for you to get what is happening. I think season 2 is much better and moves faster.

I liked it pretty much immediately, loved both seasons. It's funny, and sad at the same time, glad it got some love.
It was great, but I can see it not being for everyone.
I think one of the coolest things that I hope everyone steals from this is the format. Not every show needs to be 12 1 hour episodes in a season. Not everything needs six seasons. Some shows are perfect as 25 minutes for 12 episodes total.

I think plenty of shows do this currently. 10-12 episodes is pretty standard for non network seasons.
I think that 3 to 4 years between 6 episode seasons can be tough for a fan base, though.
Great show, awesome writing and acting. Highly recommend. I agree with others that you'll know quick whether it's for you or not.
Bumping this. Just finished S2 last night and can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for something to watch. Both seasons are available on amazon prime.
Great show…sad to see it go
