Spotify emails recommended concerts to me. It has me listed as McKinney, TX. I think google or apple maps thinks that sometimes too. Where does that info come from?

I'm in SW Louisiana. Have been for a decade. I do have a College Station phone number from when I got a Cingular phone 20 years ago.

Not unless I was hacked. I don't know anybody from Dallas area. Don't know that many Texans in general outside of A&M and SE Texas.

I have a Sicilian last name and all the ads on Pandora are in Spanish, I don't mind ads but I'd at least like them in a language that I understand. I fixed it by switching to Amazon's music service.
