Hi, I've seen the first two seasons and the second wasn't as enjoyable as the first. How is the third season? How would you rank the seasons?

Third season makes the first two feel like long winded exposition.

Hard to rank it until we see how it ends, but I'm enjoying it more than last season, but not as much as the first season.

It is, thus far at least, a lot easier to follow though.

I think it's comparable to the first season so far. The craziest thing about the first season was the twist that there were two or three different timelines going on, so it's hard to say until we see the end of this season if there is another twist like that.

i quit after 4 episodes. only reason i watched at all was for Aaron Paul. It's a pretty weak script but i guess has ok action if that's more your style. It's just non-sensical and devoid of any soul (appropriate for a show about robots).

I still find 2 or 3 episodes piling up on DVR but this season has been much more entertaining. It doesn't feel like a chore.

Personally, I think season three has been the best and most entertaining of the three seasons so far. Without getting into spoilers, it basically feels like a different show now, except with the same cast, and the same, mind-bending vibe (though, as previously noted, the presentation has been more straightforward, at least six episodes in). This season is also some of the best sci-fi I've ever seen, be it movies or TV, both in terms of storytelling and the tech. It's been so incredibly cool so far in that regard, and I highly recommend not giving up. Also, if it helps, season three is only eight episodes, compared to the usual ten. But the budget is on the screen more than ever this season, as every episode feels like a blockbuster movie at times, so I imagine the lower episode count is due to the even higher production value. They've certainly spared no expense this season, as it looks incredible.
