For me, personally, I love James Earl Jones' voice more (Star Wars, Sandlot, Lion King, etc).

JEJ definitely has more iconic lines and a more iconic character, but does he have a more iconic voice? Freeman's voice is referenced constantly for its own sake, whereas JEJ is always referenced as the character Vader or Mufasa.
