For me, personally, I love James Earl Jones' voice more (Star Wars, Sandlot, Lion King, etc).

What say you?

JEJ definitely has more iconic lines and a more iconic character, but does he have a more iconic voice? Freeman's voice is referenced constantly for its own sake, whereas JEJ is always referenced as the character Vader or Mufasa.

Also in the mix..

Anthony Hopkins
Jack Nicholson
Clint Eastwood

Thought those are more for the line and delivery style than the pure voice.

I don't think of Eastwood or Hopkins as having iconic voices, but they definitely use their tools to the fullest extent. Tom Hardy and Djimon Hounsou are also in that group.

Nicholson does have a distinctive set of vocal mannerisms, so he's in a category with, say, Christopher Walken and Jeff Goldblum. I can listen to any of them read the phonebook, but only if they use their oddball speech patterns.

Jeremy Irons, Sam Elliot, maybe Christopher Lee and Liam Neeson are more iconic voices for their own sake.

I'll give the nod to JEJ, but when it comes to narrating a movie Morgan Freeman is my man.

Morgan Freeman's voice isn't all that iconic to me. Sam Elliott has a better voice imo.

Many MANY years ago we saw some kind of Soil Conservation Service short film that had Leslie Nielsen doing the narration both off and on screen. I seem to recall this thing was so old that it was pre Airplane!. Even though he was playing it totally straight with no funny business (Don't call me Shirley), nobody could keep a straight face during the film. His voice, although not iconic, was immediately recognizable to most of us at the time.

I got 4:

1. Vincent Price
2. Michael Jackson (yes, Thriller connection)
3. Ronald Reagan
4. John Wayne

However, the question posed in the OP only listed two. James Earl Jones is the king. Morgan is great, but, no.

I would give the edge to JEJ, but barely. In 10 years it will probably be Freeman.

That may be it. Honestly, it's been a LONG time since I saw it last. I just remember thinking "this isn't supposed to be funny...but it's Leslie Nielsen."
