Didn't already see this out here, but put up with peacock just long enough to watch. Fun little reunion, it's always good to see Lassiter back on screen with everyone, and a fun scrubs reference with the nurse

Finally watched it last night. Very well done. Appears to have solid reviews on RT too.

They really hit on the feels with Lassie, and you could get a sense that it wasn't just acting from the cast, that they were genuinely supporting Timothy Omundson's recovery from his stroke and grateful to have him back on screen. Steve Franks and the writers brilliantly created a story that fit along with Omundson's journey in real-life. Even the rescue dog from the first movie, which seemed random in that plot, is brought in for Lassie as a tribute to Omundson's experience with a service dog in his recovery.

Same old Shawn and Gus antics, "This is my partner, Leggo my Eggo". Several fun Easter eggs from the original series...Pluto reference, pineapple sighting, Mr. Bootyman, Woody being Woody...so many fun things to keep you laughing.

With this cast, it's like the show never ended. Even with the pivots they had to make with the 2 movies after Omundson's stroke, the characters just pick up where they left off. Especially Roday and Hill. It's like coming home.

The thing I love the most about this series is the heart. They never take themselves too seriously, and they treat the show and fans like family. It's a light-hearted escape that leaves you with laughs, nostalgia, and appreciation for people. We need more shows like this. I hope they keep making a movie every couple of years because this kind of series is perfect for that format. So many plot possibilities while watching the characters grow as a family.

Your post is perfect. Watched it from the beginning with our boys, now ages 19 and 21. We all choose to watch an episode together when they are home. It's just a feel good show.

America's destiny is not of our own choosing. We did not seek nor did we provoke an assault on our freedom and our way of life. We did not expect nor did we invite a confrontation with evil. Yet the true measure of a people's strength is how they rise to master that moment when it does arrive.

To me, Psych, Scrubs, and Parks and Rec are all feel good shows that I can re-watch forever. I really enjoyed the movie and was glad Omundson was able to have a significant part.

Also, if you want a few more fun Psych Easter eggs, check out this hilarious parody that Roday and Hill did of "Somebody's Watching Me".

I think I've listed 104 of about 115. Some weren't that great.

But seriously, one of my favorites was also not given by Shawn: Methuselah Honeysuckle

Pretty sure that was Henry's nickname not Gus.

Was my favorite from the entire show either way.

It was Henry pretending to be Shawn. He called himself Old Scratch Johnson IIRC

Anyone who doesn't vote for "Tan" should be ashamed of themselves... and their family.
