The guys who created the original cartoon and were the executive producers for the live adaptation on Netflix have left the show. Sounds like Netflix wants to change a bunch of stuff (that worked so well for the movie). This has already happened with this EXACT source material. The Last Airbender is widely regarded as one of the worst movies ever, and Netflix is following in its footsteps.
