Highschool girl.

So, she is listening to her phone with headphones and is laughing maniacally.

"This is the funniest song ever! It's just 4 words over and over again with some excuses to say them fit around it! The longer I listen, the funnier it gets."

So, she plays it for me. Of course, she's talking about Bob Marley's "Don't Worry, Be Happy" although it was a cover. She kept expecting there to be more, but it was just "is something bad? Don't worry. Be happy." over and over again.

She is incredibly amazed that such a simple and positive song could be so popular.

Anyways, I thought it was funny, and might brighten your day.

Holy crap...... Bob Marley. LOL.

I suppose if you weren't alive when it came out maybe and only heard it... but Bobby McFerrin was everywhere when that came out. The hilarious video played on MTV constantly. Won several Grammy's too. And he made all the talk show rounds not sure how anyone could think it was Marley unless you were not born yet or under 4 years old in 1988 which is possible I guess.

Funny video that included the late great Robin Williams.

The Cocktail original motion picture soundtrack was really good too. I think I still have the cassette tape. Boy I'm old.

There are a ton of posts on YouTube where they list Bob Marley as the artist. On top of people confusing Everything's Gonna Be Alright with Don't Worry Be Happy... Its just going to get worse.

It was actually Jacob Marley with the active ghost appearance despite dying 7 years earlier.
