Which one has River Tam as the Christmas Elf?

Which one is the one where the girl doesn't really believe in the Christmas spirit, but the average guy she meets is secretly the Prince of the North Pole and if he doesn't doesn't get married Christmas is cancelled first everyone, and she falls in love with him but then gets mad after finding out he's filthy rich, but she ends up coming to terms with it all while learning the true meaning of Christmas? That's the one I'm voting for.

I asked Tanya to put together a Hallmark Channel Christmas movie bracket, since I have have never watched one, to be part of the Super Colossal Christmas Tournament (Films, TV specials, etc.) I'm putting together for this board.
