I found a collection of old Batman cartoon tapes. Do people collect these? Any value to them at all? I have 8 of them. I'll see if I can post a picture

You can get the complete Batman Animated Series on DVD, they have been upscaling them and releasing them on remastered on Blu-ray, and by the end of the year-ish they should all show up on HBO Max. So they are pretty readily available in a lot of formats so I doubt you'll make enough to justify the work of selling them on VHS.

I've collected a couple of specific things on VHS because I'm weird like that and you can generally find anything you want for 1-3 dollars, there's just no market for it and most people have junked their old VHS player.
