I saw them at Lollapalooza 2007. One of the best concerts I saw.

This sucks. Hoping though they individually go on to making more music then otherwise.

Even more than The Chainsmokers becoming the most popular EDM artists, this feels like the end of an era.

Damn, jealous. Closest I got was Coachella 2013. RAM was imminent and we all thought they'd make a cameo for Phoenix's set, but we got a preview for "Get Lucky" instead. Either way, everyone went bat*****

I tend to disagree. I have always felt like they had a more unique sound, that I just couldn't enjoy similar artists within the genre as much as them. The one exception being Justice.

Me too. That was the case in Tron Legacy where they absolutely blew away the competition in the genre with how awesome they were.

But the genre itself is very saturated and has very few barriers to entry. There's just not many fresh ideas anymore.
