The amount of Bigfoot sightings are going to skyrocket on 4.20, after people blaze up and watch this at night.

Same. This seemingly has it all. As cheesy as they can be, I love the History Channel pseudo-science alien/Bigfoot stuff, and I obviously love a good true crime murder/missing persons doc as well. Throw those things in a blender and you absolutely have my undivided attention.

This is goooood. Just finished the first episode and I'm hooked. Seems there's only three total episodes, which sucks, but man, it's so perfectly eerie and just the right tone. What a great little mystery. Can't wait to dig into the next two episodes tomorrow night.

Ha, damn it, I should not have watched this so late. Because I'm sufficiently creeped out now and can't sleep.

There's an ex-cop who talks about a brief encounter he claims he had with a Sasquatch, and all these years later he can barely get the words out to tell the story. Dude is stuttering and the hair on his arm is standing up then he basically starts crying and it's just so freaky and affecting.

That said, the first episode does a good job of not treating this like something on the History Chanel. There's a certain take-this-with-a-grain-of-salt vibe, and the main guy is a prominent journalist who's well aware of how crazy it all sounds. It's also just as much of an amateur murder investigation as it is an examination of the Sasquatch legend, which helps even it all out too.

Can't wait 'til more of you dive in.

Now, back to trying to get some sleep...

Finished tonight. Great ending. Goes in ways you might expect, ways you won't, and meanders a bit in the middle, but a solid effort all around. A slice-of-life murder mystery examined in a really unique way. Worth checking out for sure.

Started it earlier based solely off this thread and finished it today. Kind of an abrupt heel turn into the dramatic ending after chasing rabbits earlier, but still overall really enjoyable. Having never been to that area of the US, just the backstory of the region and CAMP was cool.

Good find - thanks for recommending.

Finished over the weekend. Liked the animation and the investigative journalist well enough, but this felt more unsolved mysteries sputter than an engrossing sasquatch documentary that I was hoping for.

Didn't know northern california was so rough and tumble.

I've been studying and researching the paranormal for over 7 years now. It started with ghosts, demonic possession, then I moved on to UFOs then Bigfoot.

Bigfoot has some odd connections to the paranormal in ways I cannot explain. Some people believe Bigfoot are brought into our World via portals. Some people claimed to make psychic connections and telepathic communications with these creatures.

This is a great documentary:
