Nope - was never mentioned in the nomination thread. The Stingers were not nominated either.

PS - I never watched this show so I could not have nominated them. Jem appeared in some list I saw of animated bands so I included them. The others did not.

Movies - up to 20
Tv - up to 20

The poll enforces it, it will not let you submit with more than 20 on either list.

I feel you..... I started drumming in 1976.

By 1977 my nickname in middle school band was "Animal" as I played with his same abandon and ferocity.

Animal was one of my idols - but seriously introduced me to real drummers like Buddy Rich (one of the videos I posted).

Anyway no need to fret Dr. Teeth et al are poised to make it through qualifying for sure.

Well in Movies the epic battle for the #1 seed ended in a tie. Out of 101 ballots

Soggy Bottom Boys - 65
Spinal Tap - 65
Marvin Berry and the Starlighters (w/ Marty McFly) - 64
Otis Day and the Knights 61

Soggy Bottom Boys get that tiebreaker for the #1 seed.


In TV, Blues Brothers was the clear #1 seed with 59 votes and Mouse Rat and Scrantonicity tied for 2nd with 49.
