Has anyone watched this? I watched the first episode and about half of the second one. I like the idea of it. It's basically a Nordic origin take on Thor.

The problem is that it is so over the top SJW on the environment that it's actually hard to get into. Don't mind the premise but my god it's incessant and takes away from the show.

Anyone else watch further than I did and does it get better?

I failed to look so that's on me.

I had to fast forward the last few episodes. There is just too much silent staring into deep thought nothingness and scenes that simply do nothing for the story-line. Slow burn.

It's not the greatest show but I like something about it. Maybe it's the modern spin on old mythology (good ) or maybe it's the voiceover ( bad) but I just can't decide how much I like or dislike it . Hoping for another season to see where they are taking it . Hopefully more fights and less corporate politics .

I enjoyed it. We finished S2 last night. I hope that there is a S3.

Maybe back to it's roots is more accurate. Most people nowadays think marvel Thor.

I think they were kind of making fun of that when he had his "Mjolnir" made.

We enjoyed it. The environmentalism doesn't become overbearing and is used as a tool to push the plot forward.

Amen. I hate voice overs. Bad actors making the on screen actors look like bad actors. Give me captioning any day.
