Nicholas Cage's best performance in any movie (not saying a lot, but it's a welcome departure from his usual).

Rented this over the weekend. Really great movie. There is a tendency I think to try to succinctly describe this movie and it sometimes gets labeled as 'John Wick with a pig' but I was pleasantly surprised how very much it is NOT that. Really original and great acting/directing. Highly recommend

Also, seems like maybe OP has missed some great Nic Cage movies. For all of the awful ones, there is a handful of great performances (Adaptation is his best IMO)

This is out on Hulu FYI. Nothing like I expected but I enjoyed it quite a bit!
