Huge fan, Waiting for Columbus is still one of the greatest (somewhat) live albums ever!

I've got Sailin Shoes and Feats Don't Fail Me Now on Vinyl and always look for more when I'm at a record shop.

Very under-appreciated band and I'm surprised I just found them only5 years ago considering how much music I listen to that's under the radar.

Became a Little Feat fan thanks to the Dave Matthews Band.

And Phil Pritchett (with a little help from Cody Canada) does a great cover of Willin'.

She and Lowell were great friends, there's some cool footage of them from back in the day, just hanging out, doing interviews, etc. Love Linda also!

Any good suggestions on which channel would play them on SiriusXm? They used to be on "Siriusxm comes alive" which was all live classic rock but that channel is now their monthly random stuff.

Honestly Deep Tracks is probably your best bet. I've been jamming them all morning on Spotify.

Deep Tracks, another good one. Already a preset, maybe I need to hit that one more often

I "discovered" them when they put out their '88(?) "comeback" album Let it Roll. Great band!

I was a freshman at UT living in a dorm (Jester) and "Waiting on Columbus" is probably the album I associate that year (80-81) with the most. One thing that I also liked about Little Feat - that might get lost today as people stream music and don't sit down with the album cover - is the artwork on several of their albums.

I have the Chinese Bejeezus bootleg and that was recorded in concert in the 1973 - 1975 range. It's a much better performance than Waiting For Columbus and one of my absolute favorite Little Feat listens. Not often I pull up a bootleg as being great, but this one really hits the mark. If I remember correctly, the band actually really liked the recording and used a song or two from it on Hoy-Hoy. They didn't like the bootleg aspect for sure, though.

Feats at Five used to be on Radio Margaritaville. I think it's a podcast now though.

Also, my favorite Little Feat resource is archive.org. Tons of taped concerts on there, so of them REALLY really good quality too. Excellent bootlegs.

I've heard them multiple times on Deep Tracks, but no other XM channel. Really, I get my fix on Spotify or Vinyl.

We'd all be better off if there were 10-20 more years of Lowell George material in this world.

Saw them last month in Dallas and while I realize several of the key players are no longer alive the band was fantastic. Played the whole Waiting For Columbus album. Great crowd and a fun show.
