I searched and couldn't find the name of the documentary about the Aggie vet who has been helping others overseas along with his wife and kids.

Are you thinking of Brad Blauser? I don't know of a full doc, but there were some feature stories about him.

No not Brad though he is awesome and his work was such an inspiration and helped so many.

There was a recent post about it. This guy has been living in war-torn countries along with his family fighting for the oppressed. It looks like an incredible story. I'm not sure the documentary is even out yet.
