Reboot/remake of Home Alone.

I was telling my brother, they needed to get Chris Columbus and John Williams for this. And put it in theaters, too. It needed the full theatrical treatment.

Such a great movie. Him in the paper uniform at the end will never get old.RossG_2 said:
That kid was great in Jojo Rabbit.

The kid is hilarious, but it would have been nice to see him in something more original than a reboot of Home Alone.
The robbers look horribly cheesy. The chick from The Office? Uh no. It's like a G rated version of Harry and Marv.
It's bad. Really really bad.TCTTS said:Gigem314 said:

I seriously don't understand this decision at all. And I really like Rob Delaney. It took me like a minute to even realize they were the robbers and not just another set of family parents. Why on earth would they not make the robbers more menacing/funny? Some kid is going to torture Erin from The Office?
Who the hell wants this?
Also... Home Sweet Home Alone?
What a terrible title.
I'm not even against remaking the original, but remaking it as... this?
All it did was make me miss Crashing on HBO with Pete Holmes, and wish he was cast in more things that aren't utterly baffling Home Alone remakes.
