Does anyone know about these books? Apparently based on a kids "horror" video game, and from what I can find online people love them. Just curious if anyone has experiences with your kids reading them, and what ages are appropriate.

It's not much of a horror game but rather a cartoony puzzle game that takes place in some weird dudes house that chases you around….no blood or gore or anything like that.

Other than that don't have much knowledge of books

If the plot of the books is as ridiculously nonsensical as that of the game, I'd avoid them. It's about child kidnapping but was developed by a Latvian high school dropout, so not exactly told well. Try to get them to read The Last Kids on Earth instead.
