First off, I realize before I even post that this is a super esoteric topic that nobody will probably care about, but, it's a slow day at work.
I was looking through some of my old documents on my work computer and came across a spreadsheet I put together predicting Disney's BO totals for 2019, both domestic and worldwide.
(Pretty sure it remains the highest grossing year by any studio and is pretty unlikely to be surpassed, except maybe by Disney itself.)
Anyway, I figured I'd put in the actual totals to see how I did. Man, I whiffed badly on some of these. (Dumbo bombed, Captain Marvel was a "surprise" hit, and Endgame surpassed all expectations.)
But I'm actually pretty proud of myself of how close I came in the totals. I mean my Worldwide total was basically spot on. And my Domestic total wasn't too bad, either. Kind of the only reason I'm posting this.
Anyway, here it is for the one or two people who'll care to see this.
