I don't have a great answer. I'll throw out Jim Carrey. Funny looking, great impressions, funny movies, stand-up, TV, jokes, energy….. easily a Mount Rushmore of Comedy pick.

Really tough question. I'd have to think on it a while, but Norm Macdonald was the first name that popped into my head.

Mel Brooks was first in my mind

Eddie Murphy in his prime (Delirious, Raw)

Rodney Dangerfield also makes me laugh and he doesn't even have to say anything, just watching him move and the expressions on his face can make me bust a gut laughing.

John Belushi - from SNL to Animal House to 1941 to The Blues Brothers to Neighbors, that guy made me laugh.

For me personally Don Rickles made me laugh more consistently than anyone else. He was so incredibly witty ad libing and on the fly.

Watch this phenomenal "best of"....you will be laughing the whole way through.

Ricky Gervais makes me laugh harder and more consistently than just about anyone.

My favorite was when the proper English lady who didn't like Churchill's bluntness told him, "Sir, if you were my husband, I would poison your tea." Churchill's quick reply, "Madam, if I were your husband I would drink it."

Don Rickles and Bob Newhart. They had that rare ability to be funny in any setting. Rickles was know for his roasts and Mr. Sunshine, but the guy was just as funny doing other appearances as well.

Have you listened to him on the Smartless podcast? He was on some red carpet and a reporter asked him, "Ricky, what's your advice for someone who wants to get famous so quickly like you?" And he told them, "Go out and kill a prostitute."
