It's really good so far. Started this with the wife. Fantastic acting by J.K. Simmons and has a neat sci-fi element that's unlike anything I've ever seen. Music is solid and cinematography is great. Just finished episode 6 and looking forward to the rest of the season.

Just finished the first season, and it was one of the best things Prime has produced, imo.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Worth a watch if you like sci-fi.

I (barely) finished it a couple of nights ago. As one reviewer put it, J.K. Simmons and Sissy Spacek were in a different movie. Their scenes were fantastic, but I felt the rest of the cast was subpar, esp the actor who played Jude. Sorry, interesting premise, but I thought it was inconsistent and dragged in places.

It also doesn't really have an ending. Tons of open ends and just fell flat for me. Great premise but disappointing.

Through 4 episode so far. I'm enjoying the vibe. Feels like a sci-fi from the 80s or 90s. Maybe a little bit like X-Files and a little like Cocoon.

Husband and I both liked it. That alone qualifies as a hit in my book. I agree it's on the slow side, but good storyline kept us coming back for more. Main actors are above average for the most part. Will be looking for next season…

agree with the thoughts on the actors. there's Simmons and Spacek then a bunch of local theatre company players.

but, it is fairly interesting. i'll probably watch another season.

I watched it. I dunno why I watched it, but I did.

I really couldn't care about the visitor, or the women. I liked the villain better than the rest of the cast (save JKS).
