Wasn't there a DirecTV provider on Texags a while back? Is there someone stil doing that here or can help out with the latest/greatest deals?

I have Dish now, but out of 2 year contract and prices are insane. DirecTV seems more reasonable, but the kicker is the $7/TV extra fee, that makes things not so great price wise.

I am also looking into streaming services and it is confusing as hell. Trying to decipher all the differences and channel lineups vs DVR services. None of the packages has every channel I need, and with all the add ons it start creaping up there with satellite prices. I don't have super fast internet either so feel risky jumping off into the streaming only options.

Brett Harriman was the guy who was on TexAgs a while back. I think the name of his company was SoundWaves (or something like that). Not sure if he is still around.

Sling tv the cheapest. I pay $37 for one of the lineups. YouTube TV if I wanted full blown everything.

Have you tried DirecTV Stream? A little more but heard it is the most similar to satelite/cable, especially if you get their stream box/remote.

I was leaning to Youtube TV but History is not offered, so I am going to have to get a separate package for history which will add cost and be annoying switching platforms/DVRs...

Directv stream is the exact same lineups as traditional directv, but no satellite and boxes and just as expensive. Sling TV has history channel fyi.
