My Roku TV works fine on Netflicks nut I've recently had issues watching it because I get a snowy screen. Any movies with HD no issues. And only on Netflicks

Go into your settings on Netflix.com, choose your profile, then playback settings, then switch it to medium. My best guess.

Shouldn't have any issue with dolby vision as any new TV should be able to handle it.
