Yeah, April 1st. Two double albums in 6 months.

Crazy. Their latest album is pretty good for a bunch of old dudes.

Funny story - In June we were in Florence and in the main piazza in the center of town there was a huge crowd outside one of the luxury hotels. We asked some local Italians why the huge crowd - they told us everyone is waiting for Reggie Peppi - we figured must be some soccer player that's a big deal, and no surprise that we had never heard of them. Walking around town some more we went back past and the crowd had even doubled in size. About that time we noticed probably the 10th or 11th person wearing a RHCP shirt and my wife said they must be a big deal in Italy - then it hit us - that's who Reggie Peppi is - and sure enough RHCP were playing a festival in Italy that night and were about to leave their hotel for the show.
