How long do you want to ignore this user?
My brother introduced me to this guy about 11-12 years ago. If y'all haven't had the opportunity or heard any of his music, do yourself a favor and go look this guy up. He is insanely talented and has a voice that will blow you away.

He's a brilliant songwriter and has wrote a bunch of stuff for a lot of famous artist. His live acoustic shows are unlike anything I've ever seen before.

Dang, haven't heard that name in a long long time. Saw him open for somebody (maybe Mat Kearney?) in college and got into him for a while. I agree, great voice.

Sean *McDonald* and Kearney played in CS together back in the early 2000s

Sorry, that sounded like I was correcting you… just remembering that particular concert. You could have seen the other Sean at some point too.

I haven't heard that name in a while but I do know who you were talking about and have seen him live and he was incredible.

Is he still putting out new stuff?

One of the better concerts I've ever been to was a Sean McConnell, Randy Rogers and William Clark Green acoustic show at Harry's.

This was from one of their other stops on that acoustic tour

McConnell acoustic is tough to beat.

Just came out with a new album last year, "Horrible Beautiful Dream". I believe he produced and recorded the whole album at his studio he built in his house in outside of Nashville.

Yeah he's pretty fantastic. I was lucky enough to see him live for free in Gruene Hall several times over a decade ago. His version, of his song: "Mr. Whoever You Are" that Tim McGraw cut is great. Among many many great songs his written.

That's also pretty close to a masterpiece. This is the video my brother showed me about 12 years ago. I've seen him live 3 times now, twice was an acoustic set. The last show, about a year ago, he played acoustically for a room of about 25 people and I was sitting on the front row and I was just blown away.
