I also feel like the Massachusetts officer had a lot of **** ups. He acted like he was acting on a whim when interviewing him. I'd imagine they would have approached the whole situation with a plan….if he's here we're doing this…

As someone that's not an expert in criminal law, could every city/county where a hoax call occurred not have pressed charges?
