What are some important parts/concepts from movies that you missed the first time you watched it.
My biggest one was from "Up." In the first part, when we see Carl and Ellie in the doctor's office with Ellie crying, I thought it was them finding out they couldn't have kids, even though it just went through the montage of them decorating a nursery. My dumb self thought they'd decided to have a kid, then found out they couldn't.
It wasn't until years later, when I watched that with my daughter for first time, that I realized they had suffered a miscarriage. Both my wife and I teared up right then, because we'd pretty much lived out that scene.
