I admittedly don't know much of Jo Koy's work, but this monologue is not inspiring me to get any better acquainted with him. When you have to keep reassuring the audience that your jokes are actually funny, they're probably not.

There's an entire episode where Gloria plays a joke on Manny, having hired Fluffy to pretend he and she were old flames, and that he might, in fact, be Manny's real dad. They spend most of the episode pointing out how similar they look/their mannerisms are.
