Nonstop action with classic Jason Statham wit/humor.
Even though Jason Statham doesn't get his kit off, the wife still loved it.
Funny political overtones once you figure out who the villain is.
There were so many action details that I'd consider seeing it again just to figure out who's ass he kicked and how.
The South African mercenary boss fight is comedy gold. Also plenty of scenes were, oh my gosh (ouch, that must have hurt), I can't believe he did that to that guy, damn.

Won't be watching this one till streaming (which I imagine will be pretty quick) but Statham always makes good relatively mindless action flicks.

It was pretty bad. The dumbest thing about it was the beekeeper group were all goof balls. Yet, they are the ones that are supposed to be the protectors of our country and way more advanced than navy seals.
It was dumb yet entertaining.

That's the Hollywood formula. The protagonist was a white male so they had to do something to mitigate that. The normal characters with any common sense and in positions of authority were all minorities. The evil antagonists were two white males.
Hollywood has a woke formula and that movie followed it to a tee.
The other movie I watched last night which is why Roadhouse and this are bumped. I thought this was a fairly decent action revenge flick.
Replacing an efficient, competent white guy with a psychotic, chaotic female in a role designed to be the fail safe for saving America is peak idiocy US culture. Hilarious.

But the daughter's dialogue struck me like it was written by an angsty 17 year old boy. Terrible, predictable, stupid.
I like action movies. But I quit this one after 30 minutes.

I liked it, but if you walk into a Stratham movie and expect anything more than this gave you, that's on you.
