This is interesting. If you watched "Leave The World Behind" and enjoyed it then this will interest you. This would be good on a long car drive.

This is hands down my favorite. It's not some made up apocalyptic zombie BS. It's scary because it's realistic and a real possibility.

You won't be disappointed in it.

That book still sticks with me and it's been years since I read it. On almost every road trip, at some point, I'll ask myself, "If it happened right now, right here, how would I get home? Could I get home? How long would it take? What would I need to do to make it?"

I think the book, if done well, could make a fantastic 10-20 episode, one or two season series on HBO.

we have been discussing this on the F16 board the last few weeks

I finished Book One last week and half way through book 2 now

his dialogue is hokey and awful (it's literally as preachy and unrealistic as possible)

but the storylines are very good
