My son (10) and I enjoyed it. Kind of typical for the series. The people are forgettable. The fight scenes and visual effects are impressive. It's a fairly unserious destruction derby film and that works for me.

We have a running bet on how quickly we will see a highly advanced aircraft fly within arms reach and get swatted instead of blasting away from a same distance or altitude. The bet didn't last long.
