Anyone else watching this? Big budget show on Peacock about Rome/Gladiators/Politics. Directed by Roland Emmerich and stars Anthony Hopkins and Ramsey Bolton from GOT.

I love shows and films about Ancient Roman history so had this one on my list for a while. I loved the HBO Rome series and was pissed it ended after just 2 seasons. I am three episodes into Those About to Die and not completely sucked in yet but it is getting better as it gets deeper into the plot line. CGI is a bit sus at times though.

I haven't seen it yet, but if you like it you should check out Spartacus from years ago on Starz. It was great and really entertaining... it just got hit with the death of the lead actor and it had trouble recovering.
