Just noticed this last night. I will definitely try it out. Wife thought it looked stupid, so I'll probably watch it whenever (if ever) I have free time by myself.

I think I got 3 episodes in, gf and I are enjoying it. Very Bri'ish. I kinda wish I knew more about Greek mythology as I'm sure some stuff gets past me.
Didn't they do this already with Thor Ragnarok?

Just finished episode 3. Liking it so far, but I'm a big fan of mythology.
Really like it but, again, half or more of the cast is gay / trans / bi. It's really so off putting at this point. Not everyone has to take it in the ass.
Yeah if it wasn't for the gratuitous gay sex scenes this would have been pretty good. Hollywood gotta do Hollywood though.
No one told us the Greek Gods were going to be decadent and transgressive by Christian standards. Thanks a lot Hollywood.

Can't disagree that the subject matter is a perfect match for Hollywood! They are literally experts in the Greek lifestyle!
Yeah, a lot of what is being mentioned shouldn't be much of an issue based on Greek mythology. There is a ton of same-sex relationships, people changing genders (voluntarily or as a punishment by the gods), etc.
IMO, you should be much more disturbed by the following despite many of them also being included in mythology (spoilers through episode 3):

Finished the season last night. Really enjoyed it. Surprising how much of it is pulled straight from mythology with only minor variations to fit the setting. Hope we get a Season 2 renewal announcement soon.

Fun watch. Took me back to when I used to geek out over mythology in elementary school. Looking back, not sure what my parents were thinking, but still. Really enjoyed it. Entertaining from start to finish.

This. At first I was like oh come on and then I was like "well, duh". One of the first times gratuitous gay sex is actually not out of line in a show.
Has anyone spent ANY time with Greeks?
