I woke up and there are 43 new updates - I love the thread but am afraid to look now - can someone that already is in it confirm if it won't ruin the ending?

I didn't see anything terribly specific. Although there was comparative mention of one particular old movie that might give an idea of something that will happen during MI8 if you are familiar with the old movie in question.

Possible spoilers: the over/under on the number of running scenes Tom Cruise will have in the movie.

I just hope that all of those reviews are wrong. I usually don't put much faith in reviews from other people, but it is such a consistent message in all of them that it feels like a disinformation campaign put on by your least favorite political party and the media. I don't want it to be anticlimactic, but it certainly sounds like a 3 hour pile of mess with cool stunts and Tom Cruise running (but this time he is almost naked a lot.)
