Anybody else see this show?




I am usually not a heist movie guy. The criminals are too smart, the crime too impossible, they are too acrobatic, and all of that nonsense. This one is based on a true story. It's pretty fascinating to watch them plan the whole thing, and see what goes wrong and what goes right, and all of that. I'm still in it, so I haven't seen the ending yet. But so far, I'd give it 2 thumbs up.

Netflix has been on the decline for sometime now, seems like every movie I put on is dubbed over in English. Having said that, I do like heist movies and might give this a try

After thinking about it, I think this might be my favorite heist show/movie. I'm excluding the Sting (I don't think that would qualify as a "heist"). I do like Oceans 11, but mostly for the banter between stars. The heist in that movie is meh. Obviously, this one is more realistic, since it actually happened.

Also, the fact that the cops caught wind of it during the planning stages makes it a unique cat/mouse story that is missing from other heist movies.
